The ReThink Beauty Campaign
We began the ReThink Beauty Campaign in order to spread awareness and promote action against the media. Collectively, we have witnessed the damaging effects on women and men due to the false sense of ideal beauty portrayed in the media. As media corporations expand and extend their control over more and more media sources, diversity is lost and it becomes harder to fight against this inaccurate portrayal. We must come together to provoke change so that individuals can find relief and a more realistic standard of beauty can be enacted, because we believe everyone is beautiful.
